"This film continues to fascinate me with the years that came. This was the movie I was watching in a cinema where I met my wife. The movie ended and I spotted this particularly attractive lady exiting the cinema, much like as attractive as Gina, and I wasted no time approaching her. We started dating since then and we watched this movie on old VHS back then for bonding. Amazing how this movie made me found the love of my life."

"Got this film because I remembered that one conversation with Dad about his favorite films back in the day. I watched this with him and what a fun I had! This was a statement of a face in French society back then. Dad even said that the woman Gina Lollobrigida fit really well in her role. Well I agree because she's so convincing."

"I missed marvelous movies like this. This reproduction of the film appears a bit grainy and some scenes appear too bright or even too dark to see. Sound quality is bearable. I remembered watching this movie in theaters back then, everyone in the audiences was fawning over the handsome actor. Good old days."

"This was the first film wherein I found how amazing actress Gina Lollobrigida was. The way she portrayed her character was absolutely stunning, not to mention that she was stunning herself. Okay I admit I had my eye on her throughout the movie and I couldn't take my eyes off her. What a beauty."

"Frank Sinatra is my hero, from his songs to films like this. He was quite an actor in this movie but I felt him to be more Sinatra than the character he was portraying. Several historical facts were also disregarded for the sake of entertainment, but this is still entertaining so it's fine."

"I couldn't find an English version of this one. Or with English subtitles. Too bad. I'm a fan of Gina Lollo I wanted so much to watch this too! Hoping my son finds me a decent copy. Or I'll learn Italian myself."
