"I live in a rural community and don't have friends to run with so this app is great. It encourages me to keep going and celebrates with me when I manage to run faster or longer than I usually do. I find that it's better than running with other people because I don't have to coordinate my running schedule with other runners but still get the coaching and encouragement that I would get if I ran in a group."
