" This cookbook is everything. Not only that this cookbook has recipes, it contains a lot about the Greek culture. It explains the many different spices and herbs in Greece. It also explains their traditions, and the unique food found in Greece. This cookbook has a story for the dishes, and it has a lot of historical influences in the food. The only thing that I question is the price for the book brand new. I would honestly pick up this cookbook "

"My doctor recently recommended that I look more at the Mediterranean style of cooking and I have fallen in love with Greek food! It is so fresh and I love all of the fresh ingredients. I found I was making the same few things over and over again so I went in search of a good cookbook. This one has been amazing so far! I love how authentic the food is and here has to be around 100 recipes and I can’t wait to keep eating my way through this book. An added bonus there is also a lot of beautiful pictures and information on Greece as well!"
