"This sits as among my fave cozy mystery. A literal "skeleton out of the closet" kind of story which kinda gets the whole story going. The writing is easy to follow and so engaging!"

"Mom gave this to me as a gift and she said I can read this on my own. I like reading how grownup thinks to solve certain mysteries. And it seems I'm part of the adventure!"

"The solution is a cozy mystery title, but it does not seem to be halloween themed. It is highly rated, and the amount of reviews though low is comparable with others listed in the "what others bought after viewing this" section"

"I like urban fantasy stories, but so many of them are exceptionally heavy on the estrogen and become super girl oriented. This story has a lot of those aspects, but manages to stay grounded more than most of the urban fantasy I take a look at. The main character, Lily, moves to San Francisco because she wants to live somewhere as weird as she feels. Following along with a witch in the city by the bay was more interesting than I'd expected, and I'll be looking for more stories from this author in the future that hopefully keep up the unique take she's offering on what's become a boring genre in other writers' hands."

"This is a mystery thriller novel, but is not set during or themed after Halloween like I want. The setting and subject matter of the novel are appropriate for a Halloween read, but this is not exactly a Halloween book, in my mind. The book itself seems to be very well reviewed though, and should be great for anyone looking for a mystery novel with a unique setting."
