I would say this is nice for beginners, but if you have a background in striking or know the basics then this won't really so much for you. A good lesson with a professional striking coach will teach you more than you could ever learn from this, or if you're less serious you can just start hitting the bag and you will start to pick up on what works and what doesn't on your own. I've used this app for a while now and it's been a good tool for me. I still go to the gym, but when I'm on my own, I use this as a tool to help hone my technique and form. I wish the interface was a bit more user friendly, but the content is very well done. More

This is decent but not great. It deals with just doing some boxing training stuff and nothing to do with the heavy bag work that I was looking for.
