"I love both Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett so this seemed like an easy choice when it came to deciding to pick this book up. This book is absolute perfection. It has so much satire and irony in a fantasy setting. It's like reading H.P. Lovecraft in a sitcom setting. Just a very fun book to read."

But it is also as though Douglas Adams is speaking to you personally, gently, as he guides you through a perplexing world. "If you've read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, you already know Douglas Adams is the master of hilarious sci-fi. If you haven't, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency is a great way to find out. Adams' wittiness and sense of humor are on full display here. I was excited to find something that transported me so effectively while making me laugh so hard."
