It is also revealed that Aamir Khan did a lot of hard work on his body to give the exact looks as per the need of the movie. The coach of the Indian wrestling team, Kripa Shankar Bishnoi was his trainer. The shooting of the movie began on September 1, 2015, and within the next three months he had gained 9% fat, and the weight rose to 98 kg for the movie. He lost the excess weight from January to April 2016. Critics claimed that this Aamir Khan movie is one of the good Hindi movies due to its honest emotions and hard work.
