"US History Timeline is like having a miniature history textbook on your phone. It provides a basic timeline of important events in US history, and if you'd like more information on any event, you are provided with a link to the appropriate Wikipedia page. If you'd simply like a convenient frame of reference for certain major events, this app will be great for you. If you want something that's a bit more in depth, you may not enjoy it that much. "

"This app is great for the traveller who wants to understand the history around them. The app will inform you of the history of the place you are at. But this is not a good app specifically for students because it is based on your location. If you are student you are not likely to be travelling around the world (so you can't very well learn world history through the app!)"

"Wikipedia is a good way to study some aspects of history, but it has a clear left-wing bias. It does not present facts objectively when there is a dispute. It pushes a narrative."
