"This game honestly BLEW MY MIND. The graphics are stunning and just gorgeous, and it is matched by the nice rounded characters in the game. The story of the game is also a big focus in it and I found it to be really touching and just amazing, especially for those people who do feel lonely in real life sometimes like me. It seems absurd to say it but I think this game did not just entertain me for a few hours, but it also somehow touched me as well. "

"This game has been around for a while, and I think I played it a few years back. I also know that this has had 2 sequels and I've played them too. It really says a lot that it is still popular now and that casual gamers like me know about it. As a typical browser game like any other indie browser games out there, it is easy to play just using my mouse and keyboard, which is very convenient. It has a really simple but remarkably funny storyline too and I can really keep on playing this for hours. "

"Man this game is fun! You get to play a weird scientist that fudges up big time and creates a deadly virus that destroys the human population. You control him as he plods along trying to figure out what to do with the rest of his time (since a global wipe-out is guaranteed), and what I like about this Indie browser game is that can be replayed over and over since it has different endings. Controls are a no-brainer and the pixelated graphics look really works too. Hehe"

WHAT'S THE MEANING?

An independent video game, widely known as indie game, is a video game often created without the financial support of a publisher. They are developed by individuals, small teams, or small independent companies.

DID YOU KNOW?

Did you know 57% of indie game developers don't make more than $500? Surprising, right? Because you probably heard a lot about successful indie games. Yet on some occasions, there are unsuccessful ones, you never heard about. It goes to show that the reality of indie game development is harsh. After all, most indie games are not profitable and 80% of them operate at a loss. Indeed, game developers take risks to start making indie games. They must raise funds to develop their indie games, particularly indie browser games. It comes as browser games can be played on any device with a web browser and has more than 3 billion potential users. No installation is required for browser games, except when you play indie flash games which need a Flash Player. That being said, no other platform can brag about these key features of browser games.

Despite that, marketing your indie browser game is never 100% free. It will cost time and energy. But, if you don't do it, you won't get back what you invested. You have to prepare a powerful trailer and screenshots, then comes press releases. Last is the landing page where players will find everything about your game. Indeed, the best browser games have surpassed hurdles before becoming successful.

"This game is SO great that I could hardly (almost but not quite) believe that it is actually a browser game that is free to play. The graphics are great and the colors are nice and vibrant, and the storyline is pretty good for a free game you can play on your browser. It's a 2D game but I still surprisingly loved it for its action and shooting gameplay. Definitely adding this to my list of indie flash games"

"OHMYWORD this game is just soooo cute! Looking at it, it kinda looks like it was inspired by Minecraft-style games and I think this will appeal to people who like those games. I like Aground much better than Minecraft though since it has a better storyline and it has a more adventurey feel to it. Will definitely keep on playing this indie flash game. I'm hooked!"

"This game is really interesting to me because it looks deceptively simple but it has a pretty good backstory and adventure story to it. I thought that it would be boring at first because of the simple-looking graphics like most of the indie flash games out there, but I have actually found myself playing this bit by bit almost every day for the past week. It's the game that relaxes me the most especially when I get tired of working on my laptop all day. "

"Warclicks is definitely an addicting indie browser game that i have played. I like that it has a ranking system that gets me to try to beat other players which really does add more social fun element to this browser game. Yeah it does have some minor bugs but i can let that pass. "

"The best thing about Sonny 2 is that it is free to play and that I can easily play in on my internet browser. That means no downloading stuff or having to commit to buying it while not knowing if I like it or not. Anyway, Sonny 2 is one of the best browser games that i played since it is an interesting game since you get to play some sort of Zombie-like character with feelings, thoughts, and such. It also has elements of RPG gaming thrown into it but in a much simpler form. Interesting and quite fun to play and I recommend it. "

If you are looking to spend an hour or two laughing while being slightly abused then i am recommending this for you to play. "

"This Indie browser game is pretty simple to play and it is very basic in terms of graphics. What sets this apart from other browser games, I think, is that for a simple-looking game, it has a relatively complex gameplay with the whole building situation. Props also for the original concept of guarding the city against zombie and looter raids since it breaks up the monotony of building. Good game!"
