"After not thinking too highly of this movie the first time around—probably because I was confused by its spooky point of view—I watched it again after reading Dick's novel, and I was delighted at how closely it captures the spirit of the book. Paranoid, multi-layered, funny, and unsettling, this is one of those movies where you'll say, "I didn't think they could catch that on film." With its all-seeing police spying on everyone—including themselves—and its maniac war on drugs, it reminds me of something . . ."

"I'm a big fan of indie movies, so I checked out Requiem for a Dream on a whim while browsing. It was an extremely interesting story about drug addiction, and not the sort of story you normally find in Hollywood blockbusters. For an indie movie it was well shot with sharp dialogue, and I don't regret my time with it at all."

"The Lobster is a comedy based on absurdity. A commentary on modern culture that is incredibly cynical yet still bittersweet. The Lobster is quite dry, but not in the culinary sense. If you are in the mood for a cerebral film that is well acted then this one is for you."

"2001: A Space Odyssey is arguably the greatest science fiction film of all time. BY modern standards it moves slowly and is obtuse but it is worth every second of effort that you put forth to understand it."

"Want to watch one of the best Indie movies? spring Breakers isn't for you. With 2 1/2 stars it's fairly mediocre with words like "worst" and "horrible" being the most used to describe the film"

"This movie is definitely in my top 5 of indie movies. Jim Carrey gives a wonderful performance and the whole story is so trippy it's sure to make you question your own existence."

"The Fountain is far from the best indie movies. The story is so boring. There is hardly any plot development and the main characters are very uninteresting."
