"I upgraded my i5 to this i9 last week. It's a huge difference in performance, my pc no longer feels like it has a bottleneck. The fan it comes with is pretty great too, has heat pipes and runs pretty silent. This isn't the best i9 on the market, but it's pretty good. My only complaint is the price, 900 is pretty steep if you're not desperate for it."

"I was never someone who knew a lot about computers. They all seemed the same to me. Apparently that's not the case. I bought a laptop with a Celeron processor and it was slow as hell. Talked to my nephew and he advised me to buy take it back and get another one with a faster processor. I bought another one and this is the processor it had in it. The difference was like night and day."

"I wish mine had come with a cooler, but this processor gets the job done. It's nothing special, but it's great for a startup rig, and I use it on my secondary computer. Expect to get between 4.2 and 5 ghz with it (with proper cooling). Overall I'm satisfied with it for the price, but wouldn't call it anything super special."

"This is one of the newer Intel processors. I wouldn't quite consider this to be the best that Intel has to offer, but depending on your computing needs this processor offers a lot of functionality. I think this could be a great processor for those looking to build gaming setups or consume high quality content. "
