    "It is Ramadan again. Leangains introduced intermittent fasting with 5 methods. One of the methods I've tried is dedicated for gym-goers who want to lose body fat and build muscle. I had to fast for 16 hours each day and then eat all I want for 8 to 10 hours. It works great for a month! "

    "The Warrior Diet is perfect for me. I rarely get hungry during the day and have always been this way, even as a kid. Eating breakfast makes me feel terrible all day, and lunch has always been more about socializing at school or work. Really what it all comes down to is listening to your body. For me, a big meal for dinner is better than three square meals or several small ones throughout the day. I feel better and look better. "

    "Tried this diet after a long and unsuccessful attempt at weight loss and found this diet works quite well. You get used to the hunger fast and after a while it no longer bothers you. I'm not sure I can sustain this lifestyle in the long term but for now I am approaching my target weight fast. "
