"Monero does seem to be a fairly good alternative to IOTA, though it is difficult to determine exactly how good of a substitute one is for another. More broadly, though, after some research, I kind of have to recommend against IOTA more than I'd recommend Monero. It does not seem as if IOTA has any particular upside or very novel technology or application. I am certainly no expert, but I would say that Monero is generally more desirable than IOTA, but also that there is a decent chance that other coins are just as good if not better than Monero."

"Not impressed. I much prefer IOTA. This is just too small and unstable. You can't trust it yet, until it grows more."
