"Who hasn't heard of Soundcloud? My friend asked me to listen to a rap song he composed on soundcloud and the quality is great. The layout is intuitive, easy to upload, the search function works well, and it's free! If you want people to come across your music, Soundcloud (aside from YouTube) may be the best choice out there."

"This is a good app with good features, but prone to glitches. I had my entire library wiped out for no apparent reason. But the ability to upload and download is great, and sharing songs is a snap. Everyone is different with different needs, but I found the sorting and metadata info to be frustrating."

"I've tried all of the different apps for streaming music, and I must say that Pandora is the best one out there. It introduces me to a lot of music artists that I've never heard of before. The way it works is that you put in a certain band or genre, and they'll bring up music that is similar. It's a great way to listen to the type of music you want to, and also learn new bands. It's the best music app on the iPhone."

"What did we do before Spotify? Listen to discs of music or something. I love having the world of music at my fingertips. And listening to a channel is a good way to find new music similar to your taste. I hope no future law suits bring this platform down because I’d be absolutely lost without it."
