Alto's Adventure follows the trend of siluet games and endless runners. This game can be very relaxing with the calm setting and great music. At the same time it can stress you a bit worrying you might no land the jump over the cazum.I really enjoy the lighting and all the weather affects. More

My only regret is that it doesn't have a creative garden mode where I can have multiple trees (or infinite). I got really into the puzzles in the game and beat it fairly quickly (about 3 hours). Now I really don't know what to do with it as the final creative level is sort of a build and delete on repeat with no sense of fulfillment. Cheers to the makers though. This is one of the most beautiful game experiences on mobile. More

The base program functionality is good, and the color selection is great with the latest update. However, it's quite expensive, and a very large program.

Sure, the World of Goo game is fun and visually pleasing, but it really shouldn't be advertised as a "game for anxiety". I've worked with people with serious anxiety issues, as well as experienced severe anxiety issues myself, and this app is no substitute for true mindfulness exercises (e.g., meditation, deep breathing, CBT). The best benefit I see from this app is those awkward social situations where you're alone at a bar, waiting for a friend, and want to appear busy on your phone. 0.5/5 - only because it's a fun game, NOT because it's helpful in any way for anxiety. If you've got an iphone like me and have anxiety from time to time, have I got a solution for you! You've got to try your hand at the game Threes! While it's small, it packs a punch and has calmed my nerves down many times because of its interest level and ease of playing. If you like puzzle games that are smaller and lots of fun, you'll love Threes! Check out the reviews too, don't just take my word. Threes! will keep you playing for hours and you won't notice your stress anymore! More

Threes! is a great game if you really need to distract yourself, or concentrate on something else for a few minutes. It's quick to pick up, hard to master, and even though they are very simple games, they are very engaging. Great if you just need to focus your mind on something else. More

I was looking around for games to help me with my anxiety. I downloaded this game and didn't like it much. It's a kid's game with silly graphics. It definitely didn't help me with my anxiety (not that the game claims to do this). I should have known better because I hate these types of games. The only reason I gave it a go is because a friend told me to try it. More

There's a surprising selection of anxiety games for the iPhone. Titan Jigsaw Puzzles is such a lifesaver because it brings back memories of childhood puzzles.
