"I tried the Subliminal Work -Positive Thinking Affirmations, not really sure what to expect from it. I had never tried anything like it before, but to be honest, I needed to make a change. This was suggested by a person I trust very much, and it has helped tremendously. Now, you do have to put in effort. It is not going to work just by listening to the recordings and not doing your part. But, if you do your part, then this is definitely going to be an app that will help you."

"A somewhat underdeveloped technology, SINE allows you to change frequencies, sounds, and duration for relaxation, concentration, or pain relief. You can download more sounds, rate, and sort your sounds when you find ones that you prefer over others. An interesting study!"
