Did you know?
Did you know that most of the eateries featured in the television show Kitchen Nightmares are now closed? A report from Daily Mail shows that there are more than 60% of the restaurants visited by Gordon Ramsay are now closed. Even though most people would expect those huge TV exposures would bring in buzz and some money for your business. That is clearly not the case for these restaurants. One restaurant owner said that Ramsay's makeover "ruined" his restaurant, Ramsay made him change his entire menu and his customers hated it. John Chapman, the restaurant owner said that his business went from about 200 customers a night to a table of patrons per evening.
But even with these horrible reviews from the restaurant owners and staff themselves, viewers are still keen to watch the series and are wanting for more. This well-loved reality television show is developed by Daniel Kay ran for seven seasons with a total of 92 episodes with 9 revisits. It premiered on September 19, 2007, and ended on June 23, 2014. In June 2018, Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back premiered. It is a series with a premise that is much like Kitchen Nightmares but a shorter timeline. The show currently has two season and eighteen episodes.
