"Isn't this for gaming? I know it is powerful as hell, but there are tons of better options. I have to admit though, with this kind of hardware it can handle some editing, but i know that half of that price tag goes to the brand. Anyway, you may need to do some serious setting up for it to become a great video editor. "

"I think you need to upgrade some stuff in this one before you can use its maximum potential in video editing but it is really solid as an editor, if you are not working with time pressure. But if you are a pro, spend on additional RAM and GPU. "

"I bought this one because I saw it on the list and it is the most practical buy. I only edit videos for leisure though, so it's not like I know what I am doing. LOL! "

"Thought my cousins wasted their money on this since they started their own video recording and editing business but it is quite good for them. Microsoft really outdone Apple this time. That's coming from someone who uses Apple products exclusively. "

"As a pro video editor i can totally agree!! the MacBook Pro is a great solution to the problem. I had this laptop that I use for video editing but I needed to sell it because of leaner times. Now I am looking for a cheaper alternative. If I can afford it I will go MacBook all day. all day!"

"I initially bought the same laptop because of gaming, but I got into video editing and stuff so I kind of was thankful that I already had a powerful laptop to handle the RAM-eating softwares needed in video editing. Happy to see this on the list but I want to see if I can find a better one. "
