More often than not, live action anime movies don't live up to the audience's expectations. Although you have to see to believe that there are a few awesome live-action anime films out there! Live-action film adaptations of anime might surprise you. If you love to watch anime online, giving their live-action counterparts might be a challenge. If you open your mind, you will find Hollywood anime movies that will pique your interest. To give an overview of this list, you'll see titles that you've probably already seen before. Perhaps, you'll also catch unfamiliar movies that you might like. The classics include Death Note, Bleach, and Fullmetal Alchemist. As you continue watching these anime adaptations, you will sometimes encounter the same lead actor. Case in point, actor Ryosuke Yamada plays the lead roles in Assassination Classroom and Fullmetal Alchemist. Yamada portrays the characters Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) and Nagisa Shiota (Assassination Classroom). Another famous Japanese actor who stars in live-action anime films is Tatsuya Fujiwara. If you watch Japanese films often, he's an actor who takes on many roles. In the manga film adaptations, you can see Fujiwara on the Death Note and Rurouni Kenshin films.

Although creating a live-action adaptation of an anime or manga is risky, there are still films that triumph. What's bound to happen to the legendary swordsman? Well, no one knows yet.     "Death note is a pretty great anime adaptation considering most of the live actions ive been watching lately easily bore me. I love death note so this had to be good. Gladly it's something I can watch repeatedly!!!"
