The app is not highly rated, however, as updates deleted some logs, removed some features, and generally made previous users frustrated, so it might be worth checking out other apps that can do similar tracking."

    "This app is pretty basic and boring, and I’m not sure that it provides entirely accurate information. Visually, it’s very bland and generic, and it has very limited functionality. I’m not sure where it gets it’s nutritional sources from, but they seem outdated. Choices of food are limited, and this seems pretty detrimental to the entire purpose. I would not recommend this app!"

    "This is supposed to be the premium app of the KetoDiet basic app, which was in itself behind a lot of paywall items. I thought that going with a more premium version of the app would unlock a lot of that stuff, but there's still a lot of a la carte going on with this app. Yes, you'll learn about some basic and easy to prepare recipes, but I was a tad bit disappointed about the overlurking paywall presence."
