Undertale, one of the 2015 GOTY, is an RPG game where, if you want, you don't have to kill any of the enemies. The game changes a lot according to your philosophy and values. Oh, and prepare to cry a lot.

    Windows, PlayStation 4, Mac

"Undertale is an awesome game. It's an RPG game with a unique twist; you get to either fight enemies or not kill any of them. You can be passive or aggressive. The story is immersive and the characters are lovable. It's one of the best low-spec games on Steam, too. So, if you don't have a powerful gaming machine, try out Undertale. You will love it, I'm sure of it, especially if you love humorous, whimsical games with great stories and characters."

"FTL: Faster Than Light started as a bit of point'n'clickery on my old little laptop and quickly evolved into an obsession. I don't know exactly what makes this game so addictive but it keeps me hooked every time I play. It has a great soundtrack, cute low spec graphics, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat unsure if you are about to die or about to win it all."

"Steam is a wonderful platform for those of us without high-end gaming rigs. While most gaming outlets are focused on the AAA titles, Steam has thousands and thousands of accessible games that can be played on just about anything. Unfortunately, 7 Days to Die is an example of a simple truth Steam faces - you can't have thousands and thousands of titles without some of them being repetitive. 7 Days to Die is an Early Access voxel-based survival zombie crafting game. You know, that genre of which Steam has hundreds of examples. It does all of the above elements well, but simply put, there are many games that do that, and this one has nothing unique at all. Pass."
