"This book left me curiously wondering why I read it in the first place. The characters are off key and the story melodramatically lulls you to sleep, literally. I'd recommend this book if you have restless legs syndrome or are having a hard time falling asleep at night, but for pleasurable reading, no. It's just not practical, nor is it plausible that a man could awaken from a frozen slumber after more that a century and not at least end up Jack Nicholson's character from, "One flew over the Coo Coos nest." Lobotomy anyone? You'll feel like you received one after completing this snooze of a book from end to end, the end."

"I love reading about doctors, and hospitals and the interesting stories that sometimes arise. This book offers the best of both worlds by being a great fiction book that is set in one of my favorite settings. There are a lot of twists and turns as you find out just what happens with the main character. A very interesting read."

"I thoroughly enjoy a good medical fiction book and this one may be my next read. Having not read the book yet, I have to go with the books summery for comment. I think that this book has intrigue, but may be somewhat long winded. I will have to read the book to find out. Will you join me? "

"There's a reason Robin Cook is synonymous with the medical thriller genre. Ever since Coma, I have picked one up here and there and this one is particularly good. It pushes all the right buttons and will creep you out in the best way. Do it!"

"This is absolutely not a medical fiction book. Sure, one of the characters is a doctor, but that not the focus. Its like saying the Bible is a book about carpentry. Its just not true."

"I love to read and I have an interest in medicine and medical knowledge. "Veritas The Pharmacological Endgame is a book that brings both together. It’s quite a long book, and a very large portion of this is represented by reproduced (and modified) Wikipedia articles and data sheets from universities, giving facts and figures — often, pages at a time of them — for any plot element that can be sourced in that fashion."
