"Short version: The animated disney film was better. Long version: I don't understand why there is this need to make fairy tales way more edgy than they really have to be. I mean was it REALLY necessary for Snow White to be a Joan of Arc analogue? no. Was it necessary to make a goddamn war with a rebellion and all that nonsense? Snow White was about vanity and jealousy. If you really wanted to make it more edgy, make it a thriller maybe? Christ. 3.5/5"

"THE BEST MOVIE ABOUT THE ARTHUR MYTHOLOGY YOU WILL EVER FIND. Seriously. Don't even watch the new "King Arthur" movies coming out today because most them have warped the source material to make it more action packed and "relevant". Well. they're not relevant. Excalibur is relevant. Because it didn't stuck to the source material and became an epic movie without any gimmicks. That's how you make a classic folks."

"I don't know, there's something about this movie that feels very off. It's like the sets and costumes felt like sets and costumes. It feels very fake. If you're into medieval movies, I recommend checking out Ridley Scott's very own Kingdom of Heaven, a movie that practically exudes authenticity."
