"I didn't really get anything out of this, that I couldn't have just gotten off a web page. The interface is pleasant enough, and the voices soothing, but it didn't help me find inner peace at all. It did, however, make me feel rather hungry. Thankfully, it was Halloween, and plenty of mobile happy meals just walked up to my front door and presented themselves for consumption. As much as they screamed, I'm thinking, in retrospect, that maybe they could have used a Smiling Mind app."

"I really have enjoyed the Stop Breathe & Think: Meditate app. I like that it asks how I am feeling at that moment so that it can recommend certain meditation options that might be most effective based on my current mood. The meditations are only a few minutes long each, but provide just enough calmness and relaxation to make me more relaxed and overall, more healthy."
