"Ready Player One: A Novel is a futuristic look at the year 2045 but loaded with the pop culture of the 1980's. The book has a lot of cliches but also includes a strong female heroine who gets by on intelligence alone. The novel is worthy of a read and has an interesting take on virtual reality and gaming that should connect with a lot of readers."

"The story presented here is funny in some ways, but actually quite disturbing because it involves a dog that was made part human with a surgical procedure. It is witty, and clever, and definitely something I recommend to everyone."

"This is a great horror book that requires you to actually read the physical books. It takes advantage of the medium and tells various stories depending on how you read the book. This is definitely one you want to just read and not look into the story much. "

"I enjoy books that give me a trippy experience of some sort. 1Q84 is a great example of that because I felt like I was in the Aomame's shoes while events in the story took place, it also made me feel uncomfortable at times which I enjoyed."

"The best mind-disturbing book is Codex Seraphinianus. Ein Orbis Pictus des Universums der Phantasie written by Luigi Serafini. The book is an artists work rather than an actual book to be read. It is written in a made-up language in order to give "readers" the feeling of when you first looked at a book and didn't understand the text on the pages."
