"Death Note is a beautiful piece of work. The plot is not only ingenious but the art style is also one of the most unique and profound ones can find when it comes to anime. The plot is highly original and is bound to keep you glued to the television seeing the plethora of meaningful fluff ahead. Death Note is perhaps one of the best animes if you're into more serious types of animes. "

"Steins;Gate is my favorite anime. It's dark and full of intrigue. I found the characters very compelling and the story kept me engaged from start to finish. I particularly like this anime for its high expectations of its audience. This is one of the more intellectual anime series that I've found and it has turned me into a big fan!"

"Good to find an anime show that is actually thought provoking! Interesting character development and storyline. The visual illustration while not eye popping, fits well with the story and characters and is pleasing to watch. A best anime for sure. "

"This anime is very interesting and will definitely be able to capture your attention. It deals with criminal behavior and reading minds in order to gather information about certain events. I do believe that it could be considered quite intellectual, but I feel that some other anime may be more qualified in the intellectual category. But, if you are into crime investigation, you would likely enjoy this a lot. "
