"Edvard Munch was actually a very interesting character, and despite being a fan of his art, I never realized he lived such an interesting life until I saw this film. Of course some liberties are taken with the facts, but it's honestly hard to tell which parts of the story are exaggerated and which are the truth, which makes for a very entertaining film."

"As an art fan I really enjoy movies about artists, and I've been on a painter kick lately. I've admired Basquiat's paintings but don't know much about him, so watching this movie was a real treat, made even better with the great story and acting."

"Big Eyes is a movie about the painter Margaret Keane. It's less about art and more about the legalities and process of art and ownership and the story is absolutely fascinating. A must watch for anyone interested in copyright law"

"Andrei Rublev follows a 15th-century Russian painter who renounces his art. This is a great film with plenty of action and arguments about art. It's well worth a watch."
