"Robin Williams' eyes hold a lot of emotion and I was able to feel every bit of it that he tried to channel. It's Williams' acting that probably pulled the movie together and led it towards a warm and touching end. It doesn't have a perfect plot but it does have an ending that leaves tears at the corner of your eyes."

"Thrilling, bloody, shocking like all other Japanese horror movies are. If you don't care much for the plot they this movie would score a 10 out of 10 for you. It's not overall terrible since it made me cover my eyes on more than a few occasions but there are so many unanswered questions after the movie ended."

"I didn't know what to expect when I decided to watch this movie but I can say I am not disappointed. The story dives in very deep while at the same time showing the lightness of a youthful love blossoming. It grips your heart and you feel like you understand the sentiments of the young boys in the movie."

"It caught my interest when I heard that it was inspired by the real suicide forest in Japan. The story has an amusing take on it and the creators really used up all their creative liberties. It's a thriller and psychological movie that surprises the audience with its sudden plot twists and turns."

"I really thought that this movie will disappoint me but as it turns it, it's more than just laughs and comedy. If there's something that would describe this movie, it's a comedy with a soul and heart. It's very tender and affection overflows from the screen and drowns the audience."

"This movie reminds me how you really can't get achieve all your dreams in life and how life can just turn its back and betray you. It conveys a cruel and devastating reality. It tells about letting everything go after a lifetime of hardwork."
