"Hero is shown from several points of view. It’s a mystery that allows the viewer to try and interpret on their own or infer who the suspect is. From seeing different chacacter’s perspective, I began to wonder which stories I was being told were true and where were not. It allowed me to be engaged in the solving of the mystery using the Rashomon effect."

"This movie has intrigue, deception, and love. The original has both Korean and Japanese but there are English subtitles. It is very sexually charged and has lesbianism in it so it might not be for everyone. "

"While it may or may not be a perfect textbook example of the Rashomon Effect, Hoodwinked would not be my first choice. There are simply just better movies you could use. A prime of example of which would be The Usual Suspects. Someone who is interested enough in the Rashomon Effect would much rather watch that movie over Hoodwinked. "

"Citizen Kane is an incredible film that transcends time and place. Its use of the Rashomon effect is noteworthy, particularly within the context of writing and acting that make the film as a whole a piece of narrative art and an important part of film history. Anyone who is interested in film or history should take a look at Citizen Kane."

"This is one of the most unique movies ever and it is acted in a way that is it's own I do not think this can ever be imitated. The soundtrack to this was done by the RZA and he did a phenomenal job at making the atmosphere of this film really shone. The action and plot are great as well. "
