"M. Night Shyamalan is a talented hack despite his flops like The Last Airbender, Lady in the Water, The Happening and After Earth. He is very addicted to plot twist but he only used it perfectly on classics like Unbreakable and The Sixth Sense. Unlike his preceding flops, The Sixth Sense has very good pacing, carefully landing the plot twist at the right moment. Quoting his caricature's line in Robot Chicken, "What a Twist!""

"What makes There Will Be Blood a classic film even it's in 2007? Other than Daniel Day-Lewis's outstanding acting, there comes the cinematography. You can feel that the tension and drama is visceral. The twists and turns in the plot are delivered smoothly, for example, you'll be surprised that this character is not what he actually is. You must see There Will Be Blood to fully enjoy the plot twists."

"DON'T WATCH S. DARKO!!! Watch the original Donnie Darko instead! Unlike the forced sequel, Donnie Darko handled well the concept of time travel and parallel universe. A good sci-fi film doesn't need any ultra-futuristic setup or plot. Donnie Darko is an example of a good sci-fi film with an excellent ending that you must see personally!"

""YOU MANIACS! YOU BLEW IT UP! AH, DAMN YOU! GOD DAMN YOU ALL TO HELL!!". This is the very best line in the history of movie. You thought Taylor left planet Earth, but no! It was planet Earth all along, populated by genetically-modified apes. Those damn dirty apes! A very good sci-fi movie that stands the test of time."

"The struggle and drama in Whiplash is strong. You can empathize with Andrew's struggle to become the very best jazz player, at the cost of his relationship with his family and girlfriend. Fletcher turned Andrew into a miserable monster like him for the sake of being the best.."

"What sums up Fight Club: It's all in your head. The journey of the Narrator from his miserable desk job to freedom in anarchy and eventual return to a totalitarian imprisonment is self-inflicted. Other than the political tones, Fight Club is excellent for it's head-turning twists."

"Most of Quentin Tarantino's have this strange, gritty but artistic feel. One of this style is in Pulp Fiction. It has unconventional cinematic styles and referencing a lot of media, music or texts (including itself) which could turn off casual viewers. Nevertheless, it's excellent!"

"This movie has full package entertainment: breath-taking scenes, practical effects, comedy and action. Raiders of the Lost Ark showcased what Harrison Ford can do as a hunk at that time. A great entertainment for the whole family (except the fatality scenes ala Mortal Kombat)!"

"The Graduate is you classic American flick where young love ends in disaster. Dustin Hoffman's acting is commendable as he plays an impulsive teen looking for carnal pleasure. That liberating escape turning into a bitter realization is the best finale."
