"I have tried using garageband on several occasions and have found it challenging but it may be due to my lack of tech savyness. My cousin uses garageband regularly and I am continuously blown away by the stuff he produces on there in comparison to what I can do lol I would say it is an impressive software for music creation if you know how to use it! "Looking for the best music creation software, I decided to give Logic Pro X a try. This program is great. It has all the tools you can ask for creating a song. It has a bunch of instrumentals for inspiration and influence when creating your own music. It's a very nice program. I just wished it ran a bit faster. It's sometimes sluggish. That's the only downside."

"I am always looking for new tools to add to my digital audio workstation, so I was happy when I was suggested Reason Essentials. Reason Essentials provide the core product of Reason without all the add-ons which come with the official release. At $69, you get a great audio creation tool, that has been used by a large number of producers. The best thing is that you also have the ability to upgrade to the full version of Reason at any time which once you get used to using this software, you will definitely want to do. "
