"I think that this book is really good for getting details on how life (and, well, death) was in that time period. It covers a lot of good details, and gives a lot more background to the Victorian era and its unique perceptions and very unique practices regarding burials."

"I've always been interested in cemeteries and how they differ from one culture to another. So, I decided to get this book to learn about cemeteries in places that I will probably never get a chance to visit. Man, was I blown away. This book shows so much detail about this subject that I am fascinated every time that I pick the book up and go through it."

"This is a fair solution to the topic. Books are always subjective in what is good and a "must have", but this particular one is involved mostly about the art and sculptures in certain cemeteries and their traditions. The book itself does have great reviews but I do not know if it is a "must have" for the topic. "
