"Holes is a great children's book in the genre of mystery and detectives. Young boys will enjoy reading this book a lot while putting themselves as the characters of the book. I am not sure what the topic meant though by saying tween boys."

""Tween" is defined as a boy between the ages of 9 and 14. "The Hobbit", as originally written, may be too complex and hard to read for a child of that age. Although it is a fantasy about a miniature species who lives in the forest and has adventures, it was actually written for adults...or at least for young adults. "Tween boys" may get more out of this novel by watching a movie or having the book read to them. "

"This is an excellent book for tween boys. It's easy to read and it draws you in so I think even the most reluctant reader will like it. It's definitely geared to tweens, but I bought this book for my son and since he liked it so much I decided to read it myself and it was pretty good. It's got a lot of adventure and mystery but also kind of throws in some lessons. Kind of reminds me of the Harry Potter series in a way."

"I can call Fatal Dose a decent thriller book and it cannot be considered as a must read book for any type of readers. The story is interesting but it is weakly developed and you will get lost in it. If you are a thriller book fan, you can take a look at it but otherwise there are many great books out there instead of this one."
