"I couldn't put this book down because of how descriptive the writing was and Koontz's style of writing. The characters were complex and the scenarios they go through were unique and thought provoking."

"This is an intense novel with a simple premise: a homicidal maniac invades a lovely home in Napa Valley. The main character is a young, resilient woman named Chyna Shepherd, who is someone every reader will cheer on. The strengths of Dean Koontz are full display: plot twists, creepy atmosphere and an unpredictable ending. If one wants to read any of his work, this is an excellent choice. "

"Lightning is probably Dean Koontz's best work hands down. It really feels like it's a bit of a kitchen sink with the time travel and all but somehow it really works better than it needs to. Plus the mystery is really well done and compelling."

""Well, this was not my favorite of Dean Koontz's books and it was not a horror novel but it was a story I enjoyed very much. If I had to put a label on it, I would call it a farce. That wasn't what I was expecting but it turned out to be a very funny book. A lot of the humor reminded me of Koontz's ODD THOMAS books." - Cheryl Stout (Verified Purchase // VINE VOICE // TOP 1000 REVIEWER)"

"I am quite familiar with Koontz's, and Twiligt Eyes, by far, is Koontz's most impressive work. The story is chilling and dark and Twilight Eyes grabs your attention and never lets it go. I love the characters and reading this, you really feel as though you become a part of the carnival experience. I can hear the music and smell the cotton candy now."
