"If you haven't read 'The Lord of the Rings' do it now! It is absolutely the must read fantasy novel. Most people would not consider this selection a science-fiction work. This book with transport you to a world of wonder and amazement beyond belief and you will probably forget it's not a science fiction. If you are serious about science fiction this is not the best solution/recommendation."

"What a cool book! I couldn't put it down because it's just too engrossing. The book was written a few decades ago so it's kind of dated, but it doesn't take away from the book. I liked the character development and found the plot intriguing! I recommend others read this as long as they're not sensitive or easily offended."

"Not quite up there with his classic "I, Robot", but Foundation Trilogy is a solid entry into the world of sci-fi by none other than its creator -- Isaac Asimov. The plot moves briskly along as we follow Hari Seldon and his band of psychologists. The worldbuilding is second to none. The only thing I was disappointed by was the ending; it ends abruptly and is rather unsatisfying. "

"This book is for the diehard Mars sci-fi junky. It's more of journal style writing than a story. It's very pure in its intent to be about survival and man vs wild than on relationship development. If you're looking for something very realistic, yet futuristic, this is for you."
