"This seems like a good solution to the problem. Even though it is only showing one game it is a navel battle game which is what the problem was so it seems like a viable solutions to the problem. It is hard to tell if the whole game is naval based since it only shows strategy it does definitely have navel aspects just by the preview so I do believe it is a good solution to the problem."

"I don't have a lot of experience with naval battle games, but I love turn-based strategy, and this game is awesome! Games that I've played in this sub-genre usually don't have graphics this good. The game is a bit slower paced, but I like it that way."

"I love Naval games and have been playing World of Warships for a while now. Not only are the graphics and gameplay top notch. it's an easy game to learn and you don't need to be a Naval Acadamy grad to learn and play the game. Since it's free and on Steam, there's a huge support community."

Did you know that the largest naval battle in history was the Battle of Leyte Gulf? It was the biggest and multifaceted naval battle done in the waters near the Philippine islands of Leyte, Samar, and Luzon. The combined American and Australian forces brought over 200,000 participants to battle the Imperial Japanese Navy in 1944. Thousands of large and powerful ships were sunk and all weapons used included bombs of any type, guns of every caliber, rockets, mines, torpedos, and even missiles. Naval warfares are usually a part of a nation’s overall war effort, fleet against another fleet, men have fought on seas for more than 3,000 years already. Today, naval warfares are now seldom seen as modern-day warfare evolves further from warships. But with the advancement of technology, one can now experience battling on seas by numerous developed naval battle games. Most games today use actual historical events to drive interest from their users.  One example of a naval battle game developed is World of Warships which is an MMO game that is easy to learn and has top-notch graphics and gameplay. Playing games also improve vision, memory, and hand and eye coordination. These are benefits that can make a gamer learn to appreciate history and improve one’s physical and mental abilities.

"It's the best F2P naval combat game so that alone says something. The only problem is there's not many people playing at any given time which is a bummer."

"It appears to solve that problem to some extent. However, it technically only solves one niche of the genre. It still leaves many other aspects untouched. Modern naval battles aren't included in this game. It's all about pirates. Though I have no problem with the game itself, I don't see how it could be said that it conclusively solves the problem mentioned above."

"This was an ok game. It's kind of like one of those games you wait forever to play and then when you do you beat it right away. You can play on it afterwards but you've already lost interest. At least for me that's what happened. I would recommend it for a road trip for kids but other than that it's not going to hold attention for very long."

"I was teaching a teen that I have to tutor how to play Battleship the board game, he then told me about how you can play this online. I've never once knew that! So he showed me and told me about a lot of other ship games that are basically attacking a ship. I told him if he found a cool naval battle game, we could play it. He ended up finding WARSHIP BATTLE: 3D World War II and it is a great game! We had a lot of fun playing it and since I tutor him in History, it was like a weird win/win."

"If you like historical war accounts or novels, then you'll like this...however I found it a bit dry. It was very accurate in the account and showed some interesting aspects of war, but it's not really my thing. It was a bit of a slow read."
