"The solution tells about the author, and about what types of books she writes, but it does not tell you specifically about this book."

"While I would give this book, "Sabriel (Old Kingdom)", an overall 4.5, I'm only going to give it a "2" as a necromancy book. This book is more of a fantasy and while it includes some scenes with resurrecting characters from the dead, the book focuses on FAR more than just necromancy. Thus, if you're looking for a good fantasy novel, then definitely pick this up as it will capture you (as it did with me) within the first 20 pages. However, if you're looking for a book that focuses on necromancy, then go back to your local book store as there are far better books than this one."

"I did not know this was a series book. I purchased it because a sibling likes to read non-fiction and fantasy type books. Now I have to get the whole series beginning at one because he really liked it."

"Necromancy by Darlene Black is a good bizarre book! It is a good horror fiction novel, talking about the dead, angels and the spirit of Lucifer. A lot of actions happens with the actors!"

"Compared to the first two entries of the series, Dark Haven is lackluster. 607 pages has never felt so long. Gail Martin seemed to rush this novel out and it doesn't keep a consistent tone as the previous two. You can definitely skip this one."

"I love fantasy, especially when it comes in a book series. I usually only buy book series, because I love never ending stores that last forever. This is a delightful necromancy book that I enjoyed and I can read the entire series over and over again. "
