"If you like paranormal type things, you'll love it, but this book was not for me. It was recommended by a friend so I read it, but I don't like paranormal stories and my active imagination gives me bad dreams, so I had a hard time finishing this book. "

"I read this for my book club and I didn't get a lot out of it. We read a lot of eclectic literature so I don't expect to love them all, but a lot of stuff in this just felt very ham handed and forced. The writing style is decent and engaging, but the plot and characters are laughably bad and uninspired."

"This is an interesting twist on the traditional fantasy formula that I found quite entertaining. All the normal fantasy troupes are here, however, it's been set in future North America and it's pretty awesome. The book is well written and set in a post apocalyptic world check this one out!"

"Spooky horror meets Mike Hammer noir pulp fiction. This is a niche genre for sure! If you think you can stomach the blend, well . . ."

"This is a book about flowers. Photos of flowers. Yes, they are beautiful, but what do they have to do with New Mexico? Good enough book if you are looking for flowers, bad if you are looking for anything about New Mexico."
