What are the best new movies on Netflix in April?

Dave - Contributor

Another month is closing and a new one is coming to Netflix and the video streaming giant is seeing a lot of movement when it comes to movies. We are seeing plenty of classic films and old favorites departing this month of April. Quentin Tarantino's pop culture icon film, Kill Bill Volume 1 and Volume 2 are leaving the video streaming service this month. Another fan favorite that will sadly depart the service this April is the Lord of the Rings series of films. Goodbye, Sam! To round out this list of popular movies this month is arguably some of the best incarnations of Batman in films, Batman Begins and the ever-popular The Dark Knight. This comes as sad news to fans of these movies but as is the case with Netflix, when titles leave the service, other new ones come in to take their place.

Let's highlight some of them here, shall we? Up first is a new movie called Sergio, starring Wagner Moura. If that name seems familiar to you, that's because he is the same actor who played Pablo Escobar in another hit Netflix series, Narcos. Another one that's premiering this month is Extraction, an action drama movie starring none other than Chris Hemsworth. These are just some of the movies that you guys can expect to watch this month. If you want to see the list of Netflix movie releases for the month of April, you can check below for more details. Of course, we'll be keeping this up to date as we find more releases to come.
