"While The old reader is a good option for those looking to keep up with politics and world news on their Android device, it is not without its faults. Even though it has many positive reviews for its sleek design and ease of use, many users have reported having problems using the mobile version, as well as problems with organized read and unread articles."

"I have been using the same news reader for my android devices for a long time. Until, they came out with a bunch of updates that made it impossible to use. I tried a few alternatives and none of them really gave me what I was looking for. Then, I stumbled on Feedly. First of all, the name..! Every time I see it, I think Feed Me.. as in Feed Me Seymour and that makes me giggle a little. Second, it has a really simple and easy to use setup but is content rich with tons of extra features. I love it."

"I view tons of different websites for different types of news. I found myself cycling between 10 different news sites frequently. I found a cool app that will take all my sites and feed them to one place. It saves me the hassle of browsing around. It is a time saver and I like everything I am interested in organized on one screen. I love it and it is pretty cheap too."

"I think that the digest is a good idea, however I fail to see how it provides any more information than the Yahoo home page where the stories are already posted. I love the idea of posting all news items so they can be easily scanned for relevance. I would also suggest that there be no comments allowed and that all fluff pieces be eliminated. "
