"After watching the movie I had to read the book. Book is so much better, the ending is butchered in the movie. Really fun book to read, don't want to spoil the ending, but it's worth reading it for that if you liked the movie at all. "

"I loved World War Z. I am not particularly interested in Zombie or the recent media that has used them for content, but I loved the style and storytelling in this novel. It was so intriguing to read a story about the apocalypse that jumped around to different characters. We were given exposure to different areas and the experiences of many different survivors. It made for a nonlinear story, but one that kept me engaged from start to finish!"

"This is an interesting book. It can almost be in the horror section because while I was reading it I was thinking, "wow, this could really happen". Then the story line took a turn for the worse. I really just finished because I can't start a book and NOT finish it. Otherwise, I would've put it down half way through."

"Beyond Exile (Day by Day Armageddon), is the first book I've read by J.L. Bourne. This book was written in first person perspective, sort of like a journal. This was a light read and if you enjoy the zombie, post-apocalyptic genre this a good choice."
