"I love a good science-fiction story, particularly if it involves aliens. Speaker for the Dead is part of the Ender's Saga and continues what was already an epic story. The imagination and intrigue in this text is memorable. The writing is also well done and is generally clear. Love this story and I recommend it to anyone."

"Even though i am not a big fan of science fiction, this book may seem of little interest due to the fact that involoves captivity and the mission carried on to rescue the captives. This story also talks about a space where only simple creatures and technology functions. I would say this would be a so-so kind of book for me."

"Intriguing premise but kinda boring. Set in the 2130s, the story involves an alien starship enters the Solar System. The story is told from the point of view of a group of human explorers who intercept the ship in an attempt to unlock its mysteries. I first read this back in high school a longtime ago. Rendezvous With Rama is the best and worst of classic pulp science fiction. The science and world building stuff was good and the plot is interesting, it raises some good philosophical questions. But the dialogue was so basic, and the characters are shallow and wooden. If you can get past that, it's a great book. If you can't, most science fiction is maybe not for you."

Well I found it to be a book that really makes you think. It is hard to understand at first but once you get the techno part down it really is not that bad. Siri is interesting as are the majority of characters in this book. "

I wanted to like this book, but it's no where near as good as the other ones in the series. Kind of boring, kind of slow and kind of off the beaten path, but not in a good way."

"Area 51: Excalibur reminds me more of a mystery than a science fiction book. Whether King Arthur's sword, Excalibur, actually exists is uncertain to me, but this story declares the sword to exist and is necessary to whether good or evil will rule the earth. The search for Excalibur leads rival searchers around the globe, following clues that may or may not be decoys and no guarantee that either person will find the sword and decide the fate of earth's residents."
