"High Treason (from "FBI Task Force" series) is the third installment of the series and you should've guessed it right that starting reading a series with the third book is an unforgivable sin for any reader. That being said, don't judge your expectations of this novel by the popularity of it. Sure, it's far from being a bestseller but it has so much substance in it, one might wonder what else is there to do to make your book a true bestseller... "

"I love a true crime and this book was AMAZING!!! It follows Ted Bundy who is a law student by day and notorious serial killer by night. It kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next. Ted Bundy is so well known in history and this book was a real insight to his deeper side. Of all of Ann Rule's books, The Stranger Beside Me is my favorite. Very well-written and full of interesting information. This will be a very good read if you like true-crime books. Highly recommended!"

"This book was really complicated and I don't think the characters were always the most interesting. There is romance in the book, but I think it could have been done better."

"While this type of story has been told time and time again, I do think the "Legal" route is a different aspect of it and actually freshens it up a bit. I tend to wonder if this particular novel will also have some comedy thrown in and how the case these are two are working together will impact the story between the two main characters."

"This was a tremendous amount of fun to read for me, and I suspect most people reading this will have as much fun as I did with it. If you like a good suspense book that revolves around FBI characters or the FBI in general then this book will be fun. It really delves deep into the thrilling side of books but keeps it fun with some sexy romance peppered in there."

"I am a fan of Julie James, but this book misses the mark in a big way. Even though a work of fiction, the characters were not believable. This work felt amateurish, as if it were her first book. Feel free to skip this one and focus on her other titles instead."
