"I've run across the term "Mind Maping" from time to time, but never dug into the material. Maybe this well reviewed App is just what I need to see if there's something there for me. I just have to stop associating the phrase "Mind Mapping" with some sort of alien abduction!"

    Speech to Text

Speech to text is a useful app to transcribe what you say it. You can copy the text and share on social networks like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Gmail.

"Speech to Text is certainly one of the best occasion speech apps. It registers what I say with surprising accuracy! I'm a bit of a "productivity nerd" so anything that saves me time is very welcome. With this app, I saved a lot more time than I thought. I'm also able to post the text socially which comes in quite handy!"

"This is a fairly decent text to speech and speech to text platform. It does have some flaws, like saying "dash" in the middle of hyphenated words, and it does make some mistakes when transcribing spoken audio, but I think at least 80 to 90% of the time it's fine. The translation feature works about as well as any other auto-translator - meaning, it makes plenty of mistakes and isn't a true replacement to hiring a real-life translator, but can work if you're pressed for time."

NaturalReader comes in several versions, including a free one that converts Microsoft Word documents, PDF files, and emails into spoken words. The paid version offers more features and voices and is more suitable for eLearning and online training.

"NaturalReader is an outstanding occasion speech app. Text to speech is still a little "shaky" in my opinion...but this app did a great job. I used the free version but it converted from PDF which is all I need anyway. I might try the paid version in the future if I need to expand my usage but it worked perfectly for my purposes."
