"Interestingly, this works beyond a dictionary. It is a one-stop-shop reference book/app that serves as a dictionary and a 'text book', so to speak. A series of questions or quizzes are readily available for the users to test their grammar skills. I trust this because it is used in Oxford University Corpus. Great app! "

"I do a ton of writing for my projects. I used to find myself googling words if I wanted to make my points more articulate. When I got this app, it cut down a lot of my google consumption. The fact I get a litany of other features with this app was great. I now find myself without a loss for words these days."

"I am currently undertaking a research and I badly need to paraphrase almost everything that I read from the books, articles, journals that I am encountering. This helps me a lot since it is a thesaurus that can be carried inside my pocket and I can use it even without internet. ANd the app is not space consuming like it only takes up 30mb of storage or so. "

"As a communications student, I am required to take up basic spanish like Spanish 1 and 2 and this app made my life easier. Verbs conjugations is my weakness because they can be confusing most of the time. It has a built in verb conjugator which makes it a great app. "

"I remember carrying a merriam-webster dictionary to my class when I was an elementary student. Back then, if you had one, you are the nerd of the class. LOOL. It has been my number one reference since forever. This app works both online and offline. Just a little tip: I orefer using the offline verfsion because the online version has many ads in it. Anyway, the audio pronounciation and voice search features of this app makes it my go-to app. "

"This is for an Android device, not an iPhone. It's a dictionary as the topic suggests. There's nothing particularly special about it, it's just a dictionary. It has great ratings from Play Store, but again it's for Android, not apple products."
