"The "Twilight" series has been criticized a lot in the past and I wanted to see if the criticism was valid by reading the first book and turns out that criticism was valid. This has to be one of the worst fantasy romance books and books in general I have ever read. I decided to read the book, while I watched bits and pieces of the film and that turned out to be a bad idea. I wanted to see what was changed in the movie adaption, but I was too frustrated by the book's writing to pay attention. Bella was a damsel in distress who could not do anything on her own, which I found annoying. The plot was bad and even the vampires were boring. I would not recommend this book to anyone."

This book is 12 years old and sometimes it shows, like the Heroine's lack of internet skills. of choice, but it doesn't pull you too far out of the story. I truly enjoyed reading this book.
