"I have a weakness for paranormal books, especially those that feature demons and angels. City of Bones checks off most of the boxes here, as it's one of the better examples of books in this genre and there are plenty of demons and angels present. Even more importantly, I was impressed with the character development, and I was fully invested in the main character, Clary, and her roller coaster ride of emotions and experiences."

"Paranormalcy sounds very interesting to me, as I am a huge fan of reading anything related to the subject of the paranormal. I like the idea of our main female character not only being followed by spirits in general, but perhaps there is more than that? Maybe these ghostly beings and creatures are trying to give her a message or warn her of something?"

"I am very much into ready trilogies. I feel a bigger story can be told and they can be quite exciting. I picked up Unearthly and was never disappointed. I felt like it made sense with the way it was written and the plot was well and quickly moving."

I found myself fully immersed in trying to put an end to his evil-doings. But, I don't want to give anything away...find out for yourself. Will Sebastian be conquered? Or will he conquer all? It's a must read!"

"In some ways I'm surprised that I stuck with this book through the first 300 or so pages because the main character spends a lot of time pitying herself and situation she finds herself in. Luce does have problems but really, she almost comes across as a whiner."
