"Diablo 3 is the granddaddy of the loot isometric action rpg and it's still the best. The controls are smooth, the monsters are fast and the loot collecting is as addictive as ever. The best part though, is even though it's been years since release, they are still actively developing the game. "

"It has a classic turn-based approach but the conditions that are set for your party to experience is simply phenomenal. It has an atmosphere that would make you think twice about moving forward towards the next place in the dungeon. It also offers creative strategies and team building that would enable great results depending on character compatibility."

"This is a solid Dungeon Crawler RPG game. It has up to 4 player co-op play. It has pretty good graphics and intuitive controls. I found the game is a lot of fun, but there isn't a lot that makes it unique or differentiates it from other games in the genre. It is a bit basic and has an arcade game feel to it. Overall, pretty good."

"Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, is not what I would necessarily think of as a Dungeon Crawler RPG, however there are some similarities. There are some RPG elements, such as character customization and progression even though t he game is technically a shooter action game. Not as good as Borderlands 2 but definitely worth playing."

"I had high hopes that The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth would be a great dungeon crawler game on Steam but I have sadly been let down. The graphics are very plain, the levels fall flat with excitement and I do not feel challenged at all while playing. I may give this game a chance in the future as I know that the creator is working to continue to develop the levels but at this time, I doubt I will spend much time playing it."

"I loved the original Dungeon Crawler game, but the enhanced version is just awful. the graphics are not any better than the original. The UI is glitchy and clunky. The new animations are annoying and frustrating to play. It kept crashing on me and I uninstalled it. I would recommend sticking with the original version , skip the enhanced."

    Written on April 19, 2017
"On the surface Recettear doesn't look like a Dungeon Crawler, it's actually hidden under a layer of business simulation game play. Once I got going though I found a very deep dungeon crawler hidden beneath, it allowed me to do dungeons, claim treasures, level up stats etc. just like a real RPG. Another nice element to the dungeon crawling is I was able to take items I had earned and sell them in my shop. This checked the list for what I wanted and more."

"The 2016 game Enter the Gungeon Developed by Dodge Roll Studios and published by Devolver Digital is a fast paced rootin' tootin' shootin' game that provides hours of fun. You take place as one of four characters searching in a dungeon with blood-thirsty monsters for a gun that can kill their past. The game is unfairly difficult which makes you come back for more and more. Enter the Gungeon has charming art styles and randomly generated runs so you will never get tired of playing.
