What are the best Peter Dinklage movies and TV shows?

If you've watched Game of Thrones, chances are you aware of who Peter Dinklage is. He is one of the main actors in the show that plays the character, Tyrion Lannister. This is arguably the role that he is most known for. Outside of that though, just who is Peter Dinklage? Peter Hayden Dinklage was born on June 11, 1969, and is both an actor and producer. He was born with achondroplasia which is a common form of dwarfism. He stands at 4 feet 5 inches or 1.35 meters tall for those who are wondering. He grew up in the historic Brookside section of Mendham Township, New Jersey. He was with parents John Carl and Diane Dinklage as well as his older brother, Jonathan.

He studied acting at Bennington College where he starred in various amateur stage productions up until he graduated in 1991. He initially had a hard time taking off as an actor and struggled to find work. This is partly due to his refusal to take on roles typically offered to actors with his condition. They were roles like elves or leprechauns. He eventually found his breakthrough playing as Finbar McBride in the 2003 film The Station Agent directed by Tom McCarthy. The rest is as they say, is history. If you're never seen any of his other works apart from Game of Thrones, you should definitely check it out. Have a look at our list of some of the best Peter Dinklage movies and TV shows below.

"My brother kind of forced me to watch this show and I was rather adamant at first but as I watched the lengthy episodes, I grew fond of the characters and story. My favorite character is Tyrion Lannister and I found out that Peter Dinklage is the actor that plays this iconic character that I will never tire of."
