- #1April 14, 2019"I really love the service they provide c: searching for cosplay they try making it as easy as possible through their Cosplay Mall, they even have it divided up by series and characters (some slightly not in the correct category, but that is due to the Taobao seller's name they gave the item) I had so many questions when it came to different costumes, like what were the size measurements (that was a frequent one since some sellers have the info as a picture instead of text that would have been easily translated automatically) and many other things, they answered as quickly as they could in pretty good English c: after placing my order(s) when they received the item(s) at their warehouse they took pictures so you can see the product sent by the seller (I had an item, a pair of cosplay shoes, that the seller sent and was nothing like the shoes advertised, Bhiner sent them back to be fixed, the seller sent a better pair, but still not as advertised, so Bhiner sent it back again to be fixed, hopefully for the last time, still waiting for the seller to finish) through all that Bhiner has been such a help to fix the wrongs done by the seller and they accomadated my requests for some items in one order to be shipped with another order they have many shipping options, mine was pricy but not that bad, considering I had 11lbs of cosplay items in there and having chose express shipping (I chose Bhiner Express because I needed it soon but didn't want to risk the items arriving late through USPS or having to pay way more for DHL, UPS, or FedEx... anyways, it arrived in 4 days, and it usually takes that shipping method 5-12 days) the Taobao items are pretty cheap, getting pretty good quality for not much, and adding Bhiner's fees are worth it, because elsewhere I've looked are way more expensive for the same items with the shipping of my items they were placed in the box (that by the way was pretty thick cardboard) carefully and items safely inside (mine had fragile stickers due to one of the contents) and nothing was damaged c: overview of my incomprehensible review •great customer service and very nice to talk to and understand •fees aren't bad (especially compared to other shopping services) •gives proof photos once at warehouse •packaging is done nicely to prevent damages •multitude of shipping options •pretty simple to use website (especially for cosplay) I will 10/10, always use this company for any further Taobao shopping needs c: (also, they had announced pre-orders from a costume seller I love, and they had recently received my order of it in their warehouse)"

And I agree that it has a lot of cheap but quality deals.. They offer lots of anime costumes from different anime shows like the big ones like NMaruto, Bleach, One Piece, and lots more y'all...
